Welcome to the Aylesford School Warwick website.

It is a privilege to be Interim Headteacher and I look forward to working with pupils, staff and parents as we ensure our children are prepared for their next destinations, whether that be apprenticeships, further and higher education or the world of work.

It is my duty as your Headteacher to ensure that all learners benefit from excellent teaching and learn the essential skills to become good citizens. Working in partnership with pupils, parents and our community, we will uphold the ARK values of Ambition, Resilience and Kindness in all that we do.

My key priorities as Headteacher are to ensure teaching and learning is high quality, behaviour and attitudes are consistently good and communication is strong. Our cultural norms support unswerving expectations and provide us with a shared language in promoting best practice.
